We guide you in the design
It starts from the co-design phase, from the balance of all the functions that collaborate during the creation of a product.
AUTOPART, specialized in the automotive sector, supports the customer in the development of products and components where planning is required.
Co-design helps to identify what the possibilities are, the improvements to be made or what changes they offer to a product, before being made.
To consciously decide whether to face an investment, including what steps they want to carry out a project, they need a guide who can support their ideas and solutions.
An analysis of the possible solutions
The feasibility is subordinated to the technologies, the type of plants, the materials and the quantity of products to be made.
Through the macro-feasibility study, AUTOPART generates a global image of the possible solutions from the development of a project.
Thanks to the detailed analysis of the 3D CAD models of the individual projects, it summarizes the macro-feasibility of each of its components, giving the customer a complete and competent vision of industrial feasibility.
Equipment Design
Consolidating the component specifications goes to the design of molds and equipment.
Our technical office is able to design:
- Compression molds;
- Aluminum molds for rigid and flexible polyurethane;
- Control gauges;
- Waterjet cutting supports;
- Gluing masks.
Once the design has been completed, our internal model shop will take care of the construction of the equipment and then deliver it to our molding department and start production.
